Ok so the chunk is not spun, the long side is?

Sounds like you got a good handle on it.

Yeah just the long side, thinking the come along and maybe a jack under the tie rod should give it just enough spin perhaps. Obviously have to loosen the radius arm at the mount to allow it to rotate.

Actually I am gonna remove the rockers at the bottom of the doors and with the fenders and install some 2x6 in place and tie to the frame. Eventually. But I need to fix the current pressing issue as I am leaving for drummond on thurs evening.

Well got the eb at the shop got the axle almost twisted back to place. Gonna be good enough. Thankfully my axle is got really good camber/caster adjustments in the upper ball joint.

This thing is really burning me out, I almost listed it for sale last night on classic bronco.

I bent the radius arm straighter, twisted the axle tube back best I could.

I need to replace both front axle seals.
Several front joint clips are MIA and several of the caps I tacked to the ears broke the tacks.

Went and played at a local spot for a bit today with kyle m, I first blew a RF brake hose (stainless braided), then broke the trans mount, then broke a front ujont strap which ate the joint. Then when put it on the trailer I noticed I am breaking the drivers radius arm and the pass diff tube spun again.

John, you should buy my duff arms... two more bushings to distribute that flex = less twist on thos axle tubes.

Broke or spun? Time for that 3 link yet? You're 1 heim, 3 bushings and some Dom from having it in there

This is the radius arm to clarify not the axle tube.
