Got my power steering cooler, trans cooler, cooling fan and radiator mounted today. Need to run all the hoses and wire the fan and that should be squared away.

Also mounted the winch, need to pickup some more steel to finish the bumper.

Also stopped at the upullit yard and got some junk driveshafts with 1350 yokes.

Looks great! How did you end up fitting/mounting the radiator? Did you cut the core support out? Looks like you added some angle.

Yep, pretty much the center out and added angle top and bottom. I am using a 92-97 f-series radiator.

After two years of running drums on the 14B I finally stepped up to the discs. I already had the calipers from a old project. So it was just the rotors and brackets. Rotors were $20 each and ruff stuff brackets.

Started out the day with doing the water pump. But like most Fords I have one damn timing cover bolt broke off. So looks like I will be getting a timing cover gasket set and gonna doing that as well as the water pump.

Built two rear driveshafts. Went to install my 1310 yoke on the front of the 205 and its larger then the cv style. I need to get a different seal.

Mounted the lap belts, need to get some tub and run a cross brace on the "b" pillar to attach the shoulder straps.

And worked some more on the front bumper thing..

I think I need longer air shocks

Trimmed the fender and header to clear the tires better at stuff......I found its really hard to make 104" wheelbase, 40"s tires, and not make it into a BDMT.

Got the radiator installed and hoses ran for that, powersteering, trans lines, mounted the battery, started routing the engine harness. Built the front driveshaft and checked it at full droop for binding. Installed bump stops in the front. etc etc etc

What a fawktastic day, started my traction bar......ran out of wire.

Started to wire in the taurus fan controller.....didn't finish it yet.

Attempted to start the eb only to find the ign. switch wasn't wired right so I didn't have a fuel. Figured that out, but it still won't start so no spark. However I didn't mess much with that due to having a torn inj o-ring so I was dumping fuel on the intake.

Got the exhaust y onto my manifold pipes, I have no idea how I am gonna fit a muffler and a pipe with the traction bar in the way.

And I called it a day .

Eb runs now, ign switch had some wires in the wrong spot. I had ign in the run position but when in crank it turned the ign off lol.

Also the trans cooler I picked up for a power steering cooler is a leaker .

Also got started on the traction bar.

I have an apt. weds to get the exhaust bent up for it.

Careful jeep boy, our BDMT's might have to park on your matchbox car. HAHA

I feel your pains John, I did pretty much anything possibly to suck the height out of mine and you see what I ended up with. If I go the buggy route i will be able to be much more creative with certain issues but when you're working with a frame, its pretty limited.

It wasn't frame, it was more I didn't want to cut the eb all up so it wasn't easly recognized as a eb anymore

Gotcha, with mine it was frame, axle, and links intersecting.
