Brackets for the radius arm to frame and track bar. I am so sick of making brackets, this time around just gonna spend a few more $$ and buy them done.

spent the first half of the morning raking leaves by the garage, just pushed the f250 into the garage.

Removed the exhaust manifolds from the 5.8L so I could remove the broken studs from the y-pipe and the gaskets were leaking on the block. Bolted the C6 to the motor and gonna drop it in shortly so I can get it out of my way and the weight on the susp. Gonna bring the 205 into work so I can remove the broken side mount bolts so I can build a support off the frame/crossmember for it.

I cut the old bungs out of my raduis arms and welded in the new ones. These should be a little harder to bend and yes this time around there will be no thread showing on the joint

Front susp. is out and spent some time looking over the frame in the front with Feva4u. Looks like the front is gonna get stretched quite a bit. Looks like its gonna have almost zero approach angle. Also got my trans cross member just about planned out in my head.

Yep, I think it's going to look good. Need to get that front axle moved forward, tack the spring perches on to see if you can run it there and then get the core support on to see what's in the way. I like how it's coming together. Should be able to keep it at stock height if everything works out for him.

Yep I want it have a flat belly minus the radius arm mounts that extends the length of the flatness of the frame. More or less cover from the start of the trans to end of the tcase.

I only took two pics yesterday and they were shitty cell phone pics.

I have got two of four manifold studs removed from the manifolds and have got all three bolts drilled and tapped from the side mount of the np205.

Nice, It'll be as flat a belly as can be with a radius arm setup based on the explanation I got from John

Not just any box, but a box full of winter air, this way I can replace the summer air that are currently in my tires. After all I have to get ready for some winter wheeling .

Got one gas tank dropped on the f250, most of the rearward frame is cleaned of brackets and useless bull shit. Modified the pass side front frame rail to work with my coil placement. Had to put a 1" BL on the cab though. Couldn't clear the tcase and do my flat belly skid without it. Unfort I snapped one body mount bolt and I need to get new bolts. But when I pulled up the floor mat, yeah not so solid. Gonna need a new drivers side floor board .

I'll have some pics later tonight.

Bench seat pulled and the buckets are just sitting in it. Nice smokers window eh lol.

Front of the frame

Stupid Bump in the frame, thats about where I want my coil bucket. Pass side

No more bump pass side

No bump anymore on the drivers side.

Unsuspecting surprise when I pulled the floor mats.

Alot of the extras removed from the frame. Getting ready to move the axle closer to the cab.

NP205 tucked up and out of the way, had to put a 1" BL on to get it to clear. This is where it will sit once done. Then I'll have a 21" wide skid plate protecting the uderside.
