It looks like that cause the front axle is pushed 12" further forward on the frame them stock.

I think I got the wiring ready in the truggy's dash. Haven't actually plugged the cluster in yet, but when I turn the key on the fuel pump runs and it will crank Didn't try to actually start it yet since theres no trans cooler hooked up. But nothing smoked sizzled or burned so its a good start. Also got the front fenders on and the inner wheel wells along with most the engine harness put into place.

Gots lots done today
1. Broke my tranny cooler on truggy, went to junkyard got another one and a grille (wrong year grille but it sort of fits )
2. Hood and front end assmebled
3. Battery tray built
4. Under hood wiring mostly done
5. Seats installed
6. shifter installed
7. Dash reassembled and the instrument cluster seems to work, no fires or smoke lol and the truck starts and runs

Still need to find seat belt buckles, build exo cage, plumb radiator and mount it.

thats the short to-do list.

As stupid as it sounds, I didn't even realize it had back doors till a couple days ago lol. never dawned on my to look. Every ext cab ranger I have had was a 1st gen So now I need to figure if I want the exo to allow the rear doors to open or just pretty much keep them permanently closed.

Might be good to make at least one side still open.....would make it easier for getting gear in and out of the extended cab part of the truck. Just a thought

Yeah I am thinking the pass side will stay closed permantly and I will make it so the drivers side can open. I can keep an eye out on the drivers side to help protect unlike the pass side.

What did you paint it with? Kind of looks like bedliner.
