That looks heavy for the front of that puddle jumper. Why not use round tubing?

The rear is just going to be straight 2x2 tube capped at 45* at each end with some accessory brackets welded on

I hope the only rallying you do is TS&D or maybe rallycross. If you want to put some hair on your chest, try you hand at rallycross racing. It's affordable, fun, decent seat time, and we even have a few da/night events.

Check out the Detroit Region SCCA/rallycross page or got to www.myautoevents.com so see other types of racing fun.
