Short answer, wont bolt up.

The Ford NP 205 has a round 6 bolt pattern where it mates to the transmission, the Chevy 205 has more of a figure 8 / oval style 8 bolt pattern. The input shafts are also not the same, the Ford NP205 has a 31 spline input and the GM NP 205 has either a 10, 27, or 32 spline input. You will need to change out shafts and get an adapter plate from Advance adapters for it to work correctly.
