"I know I gots it" positive! Yes shits, vomiting, cant breath, coughing, head ache, body aches, runny nose, sore throat and I have not been hungry in 4 days now. I actually started to feel somewhat better today and forced myself to eat a half a cheese burger and a vitamin!

We've tried getting our kids shots, but they are on waiting lists. My sons school closed on Wednesday, they are off until Tuesday. Over 75 kids in the school out with the flu. Not really worried about our son, but our daughter had a febural(sp?) seizure when she was 18 months old, from a high fever from the flu. We keep washing hands and keeping the kids home, as much as possible.

1 person in my office has a confirmed case of it... his wife is a teacher so I blame her. Luckily, he works on an entirely different side of the building so I'm not too worried..

My wife has been sick since Thursday but it seems like just a cold (sore throat, congested sinuses, and lots of coughing.... no fever and she seems much better today anyway). I've been making her sleep in a guest room just to be on the safe side though! ;-)

well I have been doing aroma theropy all day. it is good for you in the sence that the smoke from the correct wood ashes in the right quantities will kill most bacteria when it comes in contact with it. its just like smoke bathing to kill down smell from the same.
also on the plus side my backyard is looking cleaner with that mess all burned up!

Kids got sick tuesday, Had a regular doc visit thursday, said it wasn't flu, said colds,
Wife got sick wednesday,
I started to feel sick wednesday night, but have been doing 2 packets of emergen-C every 3 hours, along with 2000mg of garlic at the came time. and then 4 dose's a day of Zicam.

I've had some congestion and mucus but other than that am keeping it at bay.

Back before i destroyed my Liver, I would have just been doing 2 pints of Jager a day and would have been good to go.

Rinse with Listerine or salt water. Also use a q-tip and salt water and swab the insides of your nostrils or blow your nose hard a few times a day. The swine flu actually needs to develop in your nose or throat for 24 hours before it can turn into a full blown case by doing these things you can kill the spores. They say this strain of the flu is not passed by hands unless you are passing your hands to your mouth.
