Not to bad of a deal to check really, just let the air out and unbolt the nuts and pull the plate off and you will be able to tell weather rubber or magnism.

Are those Unicure Goodyear tires? I don't recall Goodyear making 37" MTR's in a 16.5" rim size, only 17".

It could be the PVC inserts from Stazwerks too...... But I would bet that they are the rubber ones like I have....

with no air ,I would almost think you could bounce/push down on the tire and feel the insert. If its ruber or solid metalic

This would only apply if they were original military tires and even then it is not guaranteed.

Aftermarket tires, they may not even have the runflat anymore. USUALLY a 12 bolt H1 wheel will have a rubber runflat. But they could have been switched or eliminated. They could be cut down to no runflat, PVC, or Stazworks even.

For a 12 bolt set of wheels, that is a damn good deal with 95% tread that isn't rotting on the rims.
