Default ZR-2 front driveshaft remove

silly but, how does the front driveshaft come out of the t-case on a ZR-2 Sonoma? it will slide all over but doesnt want to come out. any secrets?

yank on it really hard. they are retained in with a snap ring inside similar to a FWD car axle. you might have to use a hammer and a brass drift to hit it out. some cv shafts don't have an internal stop and you can pull the shaft right out of the CV.

Yeah block of wood and a hammer will get it out.

If yours is bad and you wheel at all dont waste money on another stocker get this...
