You need to get the closes numerical number available, which I think it is like 4.13 and that should work for you.

Just leave it and run different size tires.

from pirate...
Iszuzu Dana 44?\\\\\\\\\\'s - Pirate4x4.Com Bulletin Board

my rear D44 is off a 95 Isuzu Rodeo...
- 58" WMS to WMS
- factory disk brakes
- 6 lug
- 30spline
- larger than normal axles that neck down to normal size.... this only helps load weight, not rotation force.
- both axles are same length

Overall, it is a normal rear D44 with the exception of the yoke. It has a flange mount yoke... but it can be replaced with any stardard D44 yoke, which is what I did...

the 98+ Isuzu D44s use a thicker ring gear than normal and can be had in 4.10 and 4.30 ratios stock depending on transmission. because of the thicker ring gear however you have to use the arb for the 3.93? and numerically lower gears even tho the ratio is numerically higher. a few of the isuzu guys have run into this problem. IIRC the ARB for the Isuzu is the RD07. One person i know has converted it to full floater, but it took so much work i'm not sure it was worth it, tho it did save him when he blew a R&P in moab in october.
