As long as her injuries dont change her lifestyle long term, it would be very hard for her to find a case for pain and suffering.
It's hot to hear a woman talking business.

Glad you're ok though for the most part, sucks about your car, hope you heal good. I'd get some insurance claims on that too, I'm sure you'll have bills to pay.

Yeah, we live in Sanford (pretty sure you know where that is) so we go to the mall and stuff alot. But people really need to learn how to drive! We try to avoid Saginaw rd in front of Glens, Taco Bell, etc.. But theres always some dumbass on their cellphone that tries pulling out in front of you or cutting you off.. Was the kid high or something? Or just decided: "Hey, I have a red light, but who cares? Im gonna floor it and see how hard I can hit this chicks car!"?

I think its beretta's I took one out in college, I was driving it was a little wet out, he pulled out to cross in front of me and I had to slam on brakes. I hit his left rear and poped the wheel off like yours, the girl in his back seat bounced her head off the side window and had to go to the hospital.

was his fault and it pissed me off cuz I loved my car(first car I owned, 85 Grand prix)but I felt bad for the girl.

It totaled both cars. sux. glad your not hurt more than you are.
