I wanna see the dog house covers you and kyle are gonna have to make, looks like it will take some creativity and plenty of cussing.

Haha, I'm not looking forward to it

We could make em out for fiberglass like they do the custom speaker boxes, drape fleece over it then put resin on it..... Actually not a bad idea haha

worst part will be trying to make something match up to the factory floor and firewall, those things are always the most jacked up shapes.

My 'plan' is to bend up the floor and firewall where I cut it so Iwill have a flange to attach to, then build a tube dash and center console and then make filler panels. If it is mostly closed, I will be mostly happy

I can't plan that far ahead I'm just gonna bend up a bunch of license plates to cover it.

Gonna take a couple trips to Walmart to get that many I think.

if you didnt live so far away i would help you out with dog house, i have built a few in my day. I personally would add your own flange then make it out of fiber glass for less heat transfer with zeus clips to lock it down in back with alignment pins up front. Your flange doesnt have to be perfect beause you could use a generic rubber door seal to seal it up. That shit is the fun part of one of these builds

The doghouse is the furthest from my mind right now but I do need to start thinking about it. I was thinking about building a skeleton out of 1/8" steel then sheet aluminium to skin it.
