Redo your motor mounts to have the bushings right by the engine. You have way too much leverage trying to break bolts/block the way it sits.

If I go the other way I can't get the motor out. It needs to go out the bottom of the truck now.

How about if I add a cross brace? Have a tube come off the drivers side mount go under the oil pan and back to the other mount?

Would that eliminate the problem?

Correct they are not as large as mine because they went to the side of the frame. And they met the motor mounts in the middle kinda, because the frame narrowed there.
