man that place looks awesome. how far into canada is it?(from michigan)is it a pain to get across the border? any info appreciated

It's roughly 20 miles into Canada. Crossing the border is always a crap shoot. Sometimes it's 3 simple questions, other times it's 20+ questions and I've also been searched.

Coming home is actually worse. And don't forget to wash your rig before you cross. No foreign soil allowed coming back.

It's no more than 20 miles or so from the bridge.And as for crossing the border,they give you more shit coming home than they do going over,unless you have a record.And that isn't even true lately,the last couple times they haven't even looked at our passports or IDs going over.Just make sure if you are wanting to go up,you do have a passport or one of the passport cards.And you are right the place is awesome.

Luke's flop

Here is the hill that killed the Money Pit.
Broke the rear spring and drive shaft as this pic was snapped.
The engine locked up while winching up a few minutes later.
