We need: 2 XJ's (1 84-96 and 1 97-01) for Prototyping.

We are getting ready to start working on rear upper 1/4 panel armor, but we need a couple of jeeps for prototyping! These guards will cover the upper rear 1/4 panel of the XJ (think corner guards for Wrangers). For loaning us your jeep for the prototyping, you will receive the corner guard set. We will be installing and photographing these guards on your jeep, so we will be drilling! We need one of each body style, but they need to be rust free in that area.

When? ASAP.
How long? I will work with you to schedule a time in the next couple of weeks, but we could like to have the jeep for at least 5 business days.

PM me for details and to make arrangments.

We need time to design, build a prototype, test fit, rebuild another prototype, test fit, and paint and install the final product. There is no way around the time frame.

Do they have to be complete vehicles? I have a good 98 almost-just-a-shell right now. You wouldn't have to worry about fucking up the paint, etc.

Just curious, how thick of metal do you think you'll go with on these guards?

I have a 2 door in good shape. Will the plate stop at the tail lamps or will the plate intigrate the lamps into it, and use the round LED type to replace the factory taillamp housings?

I have a 2000 but the wheel wells are cut out. It's kinda rusty but not gone. I can send you some pics if you want. You can keep it as long as you want.

This depends. We are not sure if we are going to make them one piece or two seperate pieces. We won't use the round 4" lights, but probably the oval style ones.
