Default 4.2 rebuild kit

I got a '97 F150 with a rod knock. 4.2(256) with lower mileage, and has great compression, so I wanted to do a basic rebuild/re-ring. I'm hoping someone else might know of a cheaper place to find a kit than e-bay. I need everything in a master rebuild kit except the pistons. Any place more local that puts kits together? If not, where might I find an inexpensive kit?

I have the reverse thing going on with my 4.2, no knock, but low compression.
I called Michigan Motor Exchange, in Westland.
I talked to Dan. The prices were decient.
They may be able to hook you up with the parts you need?
