well if your fighting it then you will have to do it the hard way. I remove the cap off the master and then climb under it and remove the slave off the bell housing, when the slave extends all the way out it sucks in all the fluid. then very carefully push the pin into the slave about halfway, then letting it extend again all the while keepin the master full (you need two guys for this part). secondly you may have missed a common problem, the master might not be able to take in more fluid because the pedal stop is holding it in to far. check your pedal height adjustment and make sure its letting the master extend all the way before you try bleeding it again. have fun.

i do not see any adjustment on it at all i tried it that way no luck i think maybe they might have given me a bad or wrong master because i tried bleeding it separate and i dont get anything but a spongy pedal with just a bleeder screw on the master i should have a rock hard pedal i think

when you get a replacment from the dealer its complete with the line in the middle, and its bench bled. sounds like you will have to bleed it the way I explained earlier, that way you can get the full travel out of the slave and get all the air out in one shot.

did you pull the slave cylinder? if so did you let it extend all the way? if not I wonder if the boot is full of fluid becasue its leaking.

no i checked that i am begining to wonder if its not the line i had it made because nobody had one i ordered one from gm its not here yet been a week dont want to spend the 100 dollars for it anyways unless i have to the line isnt my worry it looks great but i had to use 2 fittings on the slave because i was missing one of the original fittings and noone had the right fitting for the line so i am worried because of that i dont think it would make it no work but maybe

I pull the whole hydaulic linkage out to bleed it on my jeep since there is no bleeder valve. Clamp the master cylider up in a vice and straighten out the line and pump the slave to bleed the air out up thru the MC. It also gives you a chance to inspect everything. The slave might have gone bad.
