Default 1986 Truck Gauges

I bought stock chevy gauges with a speedometer, tachometer, temp, oil pressure, voltage, and gas to replace my stock one that had speedometer, gas, and I think thats it. Now the new one I got only has wires coming out of the tach for ground, power, and one goes to the distributor I think. How do I wire the tach up and how do I get all the gauges to work? Like the oil and temp gauge I don't know how to hook up. Anyone know how?

You'll need to connect the tach wire to the tach port on the dist next to the Battery connection. You'll also need a tach filter. For the other gauges to work you need the proper sending units. The idiot light sending ubits won't workwith gauges.

I think I found all the correct sending units and gauges on summit. I had a mechanical gauge for the oil pressure before so that is why I was confused because I need an electric one not a mechanical one.

Which of these two do I need? Is one for the idiot light and one is for the actual gauge?
