In these pictures is that tracbar link a single shear on the axle? Looks like it, you might want to make that a double shear, or maybe you just haven't gotten that far.

im guessing your talking about the peice in the center of the trackbar and it is welded inside the pipe and on the outsides both sides the frame mount is a rubicon express cherokee track bar mount and on the axle end it is a stock ford 1979 bronco track bar mount cast into the axle

No, as in my comment;

"In these pictures is that tracbar link a single shear on the axle? Looks like it, you might want to make that a double shear, or maybe you just haven't gotten that far. "

As in, on the axle houseing. To me it looks like it is a single shear sense I can see the tracbar bushing than a washer and nut. The frame side looks good.

Just wondering about that single shear on the axle.

theres a picture of it
and its also cast into the radius arm mount too as you can see in the picture you posted

Im running the stock tie rod and sleved TTb steering for my drag link, I just picked up a set of high steer kunckles so Im savein up the dough for arms, chev 1 ton TRE's, threaded bungs, jam nuts, and DOM. Those Chev TRE's are beefy as fukc and they'll last a lot longer than a heim joint witch has no way of keeping dirt or debris out of it. and will be cheeper to replace.
