a little update i will be picking up a set of 35's and some beadlocks soon hopefully this weekend and i will be removing the stcok axles and putting the 9" & dana 44 under next week

Well today I went and picked up some new rubber 35x12.50 15's... So im still in limbo till I can get these rims off another guy and then throw the axles underneath

nice job, looks good, i had a set of 35 in mud terrians (a long time ago) they were great tires all around.

yeah i hope there going to be a good tire, i found out yesterday i will have my beadlock rims saturday and im ordering some axle perches and plates and u bolts from BTF for the 9" and dana 44

this morning I set the rear axle in and by the weekend I should have the front in

thanks guys being my first build this has been a huge learning experience i do have the front axle in now i just need to figure out my caster angle and make sure its good i will post a pic shortly

Well this week my project is to take care of the steering linkage. My knuckles already had high steer arms on. I have already picked up 1 ton Chevy tie rods and 1 ton Dodge tie rod. I'm using Chevy ES2026R & ES2027L for my drag link and I am going to use driver side tie rod Chevy ES2234R & Dodge passanger side tie rod ES2010L. I have a pitman arm to ream out and one of pass drag link hole on the high steer to ream out a little bit

Thought I would add a better picture then the one I took with my cell phone...

I cut and welded my tie rod link and drag link out of 1 1/2" 1/4" tube and used the previously mentioned Tre's I also went out to a local spring shop and had U bolts made for the front now I just need to order U bolt plates for the front...




Also got a chance to rinse some 3 months of dust off

Thanks I just wish I had the tools in my garage, sucks when you have to bring something to work cause the necessary tools are there
