wanted shocks for my s10 blazer or 31-33's

Ok well im looking for some good shocks for my s10 blazer its got a 5 inch lift the ones on it now are either bad or too soft looking for better ones. mainly need front but would consider a whole set. Or a decent set of 31-33 inch tires for a 15 inch rim. im poor lol so i only have $200 to spend.

I have a pair of rear pro-comp es 9000's, they were on my s-10 spring over rear axle, it was real close to 5" of lift, they were on the truck for a very short time, I sold the truck real cheap and removed all the good stuff, these are all that I have left, I would take $50 for them.
