You can turn your DRW hubs down and make them SRW hubs.

Not hard to do and any competent machine shop can do it cheaper than finding SRW hubs.

get a set off a F-250 with a D50 ttb, should be cheaper and easier to find, see below thread

Those only fit the Ford D60. He's looking for Chevy hubs.
