Damn from reading all the posts it sounds like if I wait even a few days past tomorrow I'll miss the 60 rig limit as well it sounds like the hotel is booked full

There are still rooms available. There is also a Super 8 directly behind the QI same owners, and cheaper. Lots of people stay there.

Fill the form out, drop it at the post office first thing Thursday.

Yeah, the Super 8 is just fine. Stayed there before when the QI was full. Real clean and the pool is just as nice. The only disadvantage is that it's not where the banquet is held.

So I can "assume" (I know don't say it) that if I send my check in and don't make the 60 rig cut they just send my check back?
