She was the starter for the course. She would listen for issues on the track with corner workers or get directions from the timing van. Once things were ok, she would allow the next person to hit the track.

I like the car in the picture and the build. They are both really cool ideas. I was lol'ing at the lady in the sports bra... and the helmet a little bit. Gotta love the open face

Same car with different suspension and studding ice racing tires. I beat this car in every motorsport I could drag it too.

I haven't done alot to it lately due to being back to work part time and some other projects at the shop. I did buy all the materials to make my 4 link rear suspension including the hiem joints. I also purchased a Porshe 911 steering rack off ebay. It will work great because it is very narrow and the steering shaft is in the center instead of off to one side.

I will be back on this project in a few days. I'm starting to get the itch to do some fabbin'.

I've been working on the chassis. Here's what I've got done so far. I'm in the process of cleaning up some booger welds and doing some other cosmetics.

I did not like how the rear frame horns mated to the 45s. I cut them off and am going to redo them so they look purdy.

Yes, it is welded to the hoist. I did that to keep everything square and level during the build. The hoist makes it nice because I can bring the work to my level.

That's cool must be nice to be able to dedicate a hoist to one project at a time
