Doesn't sound like they do. However I did a quick search, and there seems to be A LOT of camp ground in the area.

Remember, this area was once a HUGE tourist area, and is also close to MIS a LOT of campgrounds still exist

There are a couple of hardware stores on us-12, for the emergency trail
repair parts, and there are two auto parts stores in Brooklyn on m-50, Napa
and Auto Value "Speedway Auto parts".
They are both open on Saturday's, but only till 2:00 if I remeber correctly.

The only thing you'll need is a quick change pair of underware. This pit or I should say these pits have never been climbed. There are washouts from one foot deep to twenty feet deep. climbes from two feet to ? nice sandy bowls a few rocks on the rock climb Rocks in the washouts, tight two tracks, nasty concrete bricks and asphalt piles, ponds, mudd, hard bottom clay, soft bottom clay, grassy wooded

So is this legit, with local government approval? From a land use standpoint a gravel pit is a great spot for an off road park, because an intense industrial use was already established.
