Default np205 leaking

Hey, I have a np205 divoriced t case in my s10, I just changed the front output shaft seal 4 days ago and its leaking again already, as anyone else had this problem?

did you check the yoke for wear where the seal rides? could need a speedy sleeve...remove the yoke, if there is a groove that you can feel with your fingernail, you need the sleeve, and to replace the seal again
