is there another option other than a 3/8" FHCS?????? those things are junk after a year of wheeling, I think I would rather take my chances with a hex head bolt, at least for ease of removal....just my .02

Looks real good otherwise

You can use a Hex Bolt if you want. That would be something you would have to supply on your own.

What about sheet steel bent up in the shape of stock cherokee rocker panels that you could fasten over stock rockers similar to your rear panels? I've seen a ton of cherokee's that only have rust on the rockers. Just a thought.

There is no way to get to bolts on the back side of the rocker, so it would have to be nutserts.

If ya'll could find a way to modify those gutter mounts to hold a yakima load bar (Simple clamp setup w/ a couple bolts and nylock nuts), you would totally be onto something. The mounts that yak sells make for a bike rack that is WAY high off of the top of the jeep.

i seen all these in person a couple days ago and they look awsome. one of those pics is my jeep. to bad you guys took it off before selling to me lol. cool stuff from jcr there nice people have have pretty cool products.
