Well you were too much of a mall crawler to use my engine hoist that I had to haul over there. Which you didn't use because you were worried that your paint on the rims would chip. PUSSY

might take her on the freeway tomorrow. and also bought steel today to make new front driveshaft, gonna machine the i.d. on the lathe at work tomorrow and hopefully weld it. dont know if ive mentioned but my dealine has been set on thanksgiving at the mounds for a while now and looks like im cutting it close. lol got 2 days to make driveshaft and do some short freeway driving from work before the long haul to mounds "really only 1.5 hours" but long for my first real build and only a few days of test driving.

i kinda wish i woulda built a b2, ive always liked them, but always has ranger "6" so far lol. and im not a huge fan of fenderflares but they hide my rust for now, i wire wheeled all the rust and undercoated the hell out of the wheelwells under the rear flares to hopefully slow down the rust till summer when i plan to do the body work and paint.

i made the driveshaft today and put it on, as soon as a started moving i hearrd noise and vibration, i drove it to go pick up dinner and it sounded bad, so i was stressing wondering if it was the tcase or the shaft i made was that out of whack. after dinner i started thinking maybe the boot on the shaft was rubbing the tcase. i went out and took a look at it to become very very happy to find out the vent hose i put on the tcase was hanging down and rubbing on driveshaft ears, i was alomst jumping for joy, lol. moved the hose and went for a spin and everything was great. the was the last thing to complete the project plan. next project will be, paint and body, 4.0 swap, or start on the 67gmc with, rebuild or swap motor, bags and body drop.
