Thanks John, looking at that and the schematic makes it easy but i still have to remove the trans portion of the harness. Is there one with that specific. Ive been looking but the one you posted was the only one i could find.

ince i cant start the swap yet. i have been contimplating the gas pedal situation. Being a mechanic for a living i have driven alot of these DBW trucks and have spent my share diagnosing problems with them also. Mostly the pigtail at the throttlebody problem. (Makes you a TAC pro real quick). So i know these DBW setups are very touchy gas pedal. I wonder if i could reprogram the ECM to be not so touchy(read the Pedal rheostat on a wider band than normal) Id like more of a real feel on the pedal. Or a rheostat with a wider band that will alow me to grind the stops to make more pedal travel with less response. Ive thought about building a shock or a spring setup right where the adjustable pedal motor mounts. ANyone deal with trying to fix the touchy pedal?

I found that once I got used to it, it's no big deal. I've driven in a fair amount of technical situations without issue. Not worth the bother imo.

Beat me too it! This is what I used when I did mine. It's a big job, but not too difficult. Doing it yourself will allow you to place everything exactly where you want it. The guy that runs the site (Brendan) is very helpful and responds to email questions.

Just chase them back to the ECM and pull them from the harness.

X2 - I didn't even have to get used to mine. It just always felt/feels right in any situation.

Awesome thread! Lots of good info here. I have alot more to learn though.
I just picked up an '05 2500 HD drivetrain, 6.0 (LQ4?) / 4L80 / 263 (?). I am putting it in a YJ with one tons on Waggy springs. I am super pumped to get this project moving along!
