Default Need help with broken spark plug

I've never had a plug do this before. This thing broke like a light bulb that pulled out of the socket in the fixture. Has anyone ever had this happen to you & what did you do to get it out of the head.

I had it happen in an S-10 once. Luckily, the Blue-Point/Snap-on easy-out set has a size that just fits in the broken part of the plug. Looks like you can get to it okay, so shouldn't be too bad if you know somebody who has a set.

I think it's just a matter of the plug rusting out & getting thinner in that spot.

Good luck!

Hard to tell from that pic but did it leave only the thread behind? Looks like you can see rite into the head.

Soak the busted part with PB blaster before using the extractor.

Did the ground electrode break off into the cyl? If so, be sure to fish that out before start up.
