Default Coolest JK on M-59

I was driving next to a right hand drive JK on Hall rd last night, I am thinking thats kinda cool, well he goes to speed up and I hear a turbo, so I am thinking now thats really cool!!! Well it turns out after talking to the guy its going to be for government use, but it is 175hp, 350lbft of torque turbo diesel Dana 44 front Dana 60 rear both with lockers, and a 5-speed auto trans. Thats about all the details I got before the light turned green. All this is cool but a couple years down the road it means those are going to be for sale at government auctions

Did it have leaf springs in the back? I've seen a few diesel JK's with leaf springs in the back.
