Default Do the torsion bars look strange on this lifted truck?

I was actually interested in this truck on ebay but the way the torsion bars are sitting threw me off, and now I'm just curious. The torsion bar keys look wrong, like they're hanging out of the crossmember somehow. Is this they way they are mounted on Dakotas and Durangos?

I wonder what brand lift that is, looks a little "light duty" but my torsion bars do look a little like that, and the front shorter bar is a brace for the crossmember.

it's a stick. sweet. on those IFS lifts they drop the torsion bars down in relation to the lower control arms being dropped.

Yeah, its tough to find a decent late model truck with a manual. I don't know IFS lifts very well, but I've always seen them with a drop crossmember, so the keys hanging out like that had me curious if it was some form of booty fab lift or not.

That is normal on those. I had 1 for a while. Someone cranked the keys up all the way and it forces the bars down- they "hang out" down below. It holds up fine, just rides a little stiff.
