Oh and for those that have never seen this, they are awesome. Its so much nicer than that bar plus it lifts the hood alot higher and makes it easy to work on things.

Tentatively put me down for them, I don't get paid till the end of next week. If you get the chance to sell them before hand, go ahead.

BTW, I'm assuming there is not any problems with the struts. They extend and collapse normally.

Ok will do....And no there is no problem with the struts. They are REALLY strong actually. I really dont remember when i bought them but i know there not more than 2 years old. In my experience, these type of struts last at least 10 years lifting heavy things like the rear hatch. Well the hood weighs nothing compared to that so im sure they last as long as your jeep if not longer.

No, just the opposite of that actually, they push up HARD, like as soon as you pull the release its like BOOM on the safety latch.

But i think I have them sold already. Either way, id suggest them to anyone with a xj (even if you buy them new for full price) They are just one of those cool little touches that makes it different, plus it makes it nice working on stuff with the rod in the way.

ANyways, sale pending for now, ill post if they dont sell.
