Default What is it?

This little critter lives near me. It's not much bigger that an old Army Jeep and it floats. Does anybody know what it is?

Looks like a military vehicle. Search the net for military vehicles, or prototype military vehicles and I bet you find out what this is.

I think it is a bit large for a coot... I am thinking the front half of one of these. that has been modded a bit

Look at the size of the steering wheel in relation to the rest of the vehicle. It is not large.
