Default Road Trip!!!!!

Heading out in 3 hours for a two week road trip with my beautiful wife!

Davisburg, MI to Ft. Collins, CO. From there, a trip through Grand Teton National Park and Jackson Hole, WY finally ending for a few days in Clayton, ID (population 28). From Clayton we are heading to Seattle, WA via Challis National Forest, Hells Canyon National Recreation Area, and Mt. Hood National Forest. After a couple days in Seattle and a possible day trip to Vancouver we are heading to Clarkston, WA for a wedding and then heading home across US 2 into the wonderful UP of Michigan and finally back home!

I'm guessing you're rolling the f-350, not the yj, right?

Ya heading out in the big diesel. Got it tricked out pretty good now. Had Dale fix those two dents in the back and then added a 4" stainless turbo back exhaust (no cat, no muffler) and an SCT X3 with some really nice custom tunes

While you are out that way, don't pass up Yellowstone.

Would love to go, but it does not fit into this trips agenda. The wife and I have both been there so I don't feel too bad skipping it this time. We are going to go to Glacier National Park when we head through Montana.

When in Jackson, make sure you hit the Moose road on the west side of GTNP. We were out there a couple weeks and saw lots of moose. Also, hit up the Snake River Brewery for dinner. Small menu, but great food and fantastic beer.

Wish I was back there....

My brother lives in Driggs Id (just on the other side of the pass in Jackson Hole). Defiantly hit up the Sake River brewery, they have some awsome beer. The brother has a mug there two.

Well we made it to Ft. Collins, CO this morning. No major issues except for the Transmission deciding to go into netural while in cruise control at 75mph. It appears the ABS system had some sort of hiccup as it felt like the brakes engaged for just a moment, kicked off the cruise control, and the ABS light came on. Pulled over, truck shifted normally, no fluid dumping out of the trans, and the ABS light went off after restarting. Have not had a problem since.

I will attempt to get some pic's up tomorrow.

No, bought it last year and wheeled it at St. Helen. Started tearing into it this spring, but decided to work on the DD first
