Default Hunting Lease Prices?

What is the Average price for a Per acre lease for a lease from oct to Jan in Michigan?

I know every area is a little different but I am just looking to get a ball park Idea

$200/acre for quality land with exclusive access. But prices are now about half to a third of that with the economy in the state that it is. Some also lower the price for bow only vs bow/gun, still others have different prices for deer only vs. multi species. So there are a few variables you need to consider.

I was thinking the same thing.

I read that Ill and Texas have the highest per acre lease rate and they are between $15 to $20 per acre
