Did he make fun of you for not having a cage in your sidekick?

My stinger on the XJ has saved me from endoing twice / Save my front from rocks and even deverted a deer under my rig on my way home once. With NO damage to the jeep. They are useful when needed and Blingy when not

i was the spotter. and it wasnt in reverse that saved him. it was forward. i told him to back up, and almost floped him over. and quickly told him to go forward.

thats right, I was video'ing in the distance not up close, but I would think the stinger kept him from going over though.

Those of you complaining about stingers,...........I want you to take your Flat Screen off your wall, and go back to an old 19inch CRT TV. The Flat screen is not needed to watch the Football Game, and it is Blingy.

I look at stingers like rock rails. You may never need them but you never know . . . . . . I damn-near took a rock to the unprotected sills Sunday at R&V. Needless to say, I will be fabbing some up at work soon hopefully.

Stingers don't bother me but you won't be seeing one on the front of my Tacoma anytime soon. Maybe an ARB Bull Bar though.

For clarification, I did not say I don't agree with the purpose of a stinger. What I said is that Anthony's stinger did not "save" him on his rollover at Turtle Ridge. He rolled sideways and his stinger barely dug into the dirt.

Big difference.
