Default 92 f-250 questions

What axles would be under this truck and if d44 front would the splines on the axle shafts be the same as my 96 bronco. Would the Warn lock outs be compatable.

Also what would a 429 and matching trans (not sure what it is but they came out of the same car) that needs some rebuild work be worth. Alos has msd ignition, holly carb, newer headers.

The reason I ask is a buddy has a truck he is selling and I thought of buying for parts.

PITA man
The arms are setup for leafs, not coils.
The inner shafs will work, but not the outer stubs.
I tried to do this and still have all the parts in my yard.

I have a TON of ttb parts, so If u are needin axleshafts, I'll sell ya as many as you want.

The dana 50 axle found on Fords is a real bastard. It has ends and hubs similar to a dana 60, but has the pumpkin and shafts similar of a dana 44. I asked a question of if I could bolt in a dana 50 under my bronco and the general answer was no. The D50 twin traction beams are shorter on a d50 than a d44. The radius arms will also need some big fabrication.

The other answer that was popular was to swap in a solid axle either 44 or 60. Minimum fabrication and stronger in the over all.
