Good luck the judges in Troy (or Auburn Hills) don't have any real crime to deal with so they get off at throwing the book at big time crooks like yourself

My brother got tossed in OCJ (or the juvenille equivalent) when he was 18 for 30 days for breaking his probation. On the last day of his probation in Troy for a DUI he got another in Kzoo. He didn't have enough money for a high priced lawyer. I have seen plenty of examples of high priced lawyers getting people off with far less punishment for worse crimes. Damn the system! Thanks for letting me vent sorry for the partial hi-jack

Anyways, it was switched to "impeding traffic" and "excessive braking"

The excessive braking ticket is for me braking so hard, that he flew by me on the expressway when he was trying to stop, after I pulled over on the shoulder.

I had a talk with the officer prior to going in the courtroom, and he was cool about everything.

And the judge sings in the church choir with my mom.. :tonka:

$250.00 fine, and no points.

Anyways, way better then the original >50mph over ticket.
