Default RHINO's SKY WHEELIE Video

So I was messing around at 2TMO this afternoon, and this is what happened. It was almost by accident, as my atlas was in a defferent gear and CHOP (Jason) said to run it. So I did.

Here is the result:

I turned deliberately to make the rear turn to the left and the front turn to the right. I was a little worried about hitting Eric's boat, as I wasn't sure how fast I was going to be coming off of the truck.

How did it feel coming down, did it hit pretty hard or did the shocks and air bumps take some of the harshness out of it?
Or did you hit your head on the steering wheel and can't remember?
Just kidding - looked cool though.

Hey Paul, it felt smooth coming down. The coil overs and air bumps along with the low air pressure in the tires made for a very soft landing. I was wearing my harness, so hitting my head on steering wheel wasn't an option, but you should ask Jeff how his head and chest feels!

I will be posting a video of his attempt at doing the same thing soon. We tried to tell him to put on his harness, he soon found out what happens when you don't.

HAHAHAHA, OMG, that right there is just funnay. I fell off of my chair when I read that CC. (I'm not being sarcastic, I'm serious.)

I actually scared CHOP a little bit when he saw me do it, as he didn't really know it was coming. But I'll let him tell ya' all about it.

I know I am opening the door on this one, but examples of a "Sky Wheelie" are when a vehicle either:

A) Makes the front end of said vehicle stand upright in the air with the use of a ramp (ie: car, truck, obstacle) thus facing the sky.

B) Rides out a wheelie after coming down from a jump or over a ramp (ie: car, truck, obstacle) thus facing the sky.

C) Just plan out uses horsepower to their advantage and pulls a wheelie from a dead stop and rides it out for a few seconds, while facing the sky.

Hence the name "Sky Wheelie".

I hope this clears it up for ya'.

Thanks Marine Mike, it was pretty fun. I'm thinking of trying to ride one out with as little help as possible to get the front off of the ground next time. We shall see though.
