Default Anyone driven Tin Cup ORV Route?

I was just up to Tin Cup near Baldwin riding a motorcycle on the cycle only trails and didn't get a chance to check out the ORV route. Has anyone driven a truck around that route, is it any good?

Nothing challenging, it even got groomed in the only good spots. On the other hand it is probably the only one east of 37 that isn't all whooped out. Whoops are fun on a CR doing 50, not so much at 3-5 in a cage.
There are some mud pits in about 1/4mi to east off King's Highway parking lot.

Do expect anything challenging.
