Default built a Cummins Header

title says it all, friend of mine is into sled pulling and needed a header....this is what I came up with. don't mind my table....yes there is a welding table under all that mess

two biggest things to prevent warpage, move arround with the heat as much as possible, and clamp the part to something flat, something heavy enough to keep it straight but small and light enough you can move it arround to position weld it. even with all the precautions it still pulled up .015" mabey .02" on each end. I've twisted up my fair share of stuff....guess I've learned to prevent it rather than try and fix it after it happens LOL
