Default 8 bolt D44

I have heard that early 2nd gen (94-95)Rams had a heavy half(or light 3/4) option that had a 8 bolt D44 can anyone confirm this? Would these 8 bolt hubs and matching rotors be able to convert a D44 to 8 bolt (allowing a D70 to be put in the rear!) Please point me in the right direction(no swaps just a work truck)

Here's a start if you haven't seen it. You'll probably have to swap the everything including the outer knuckle.

I put a D44 with 8 on 6.5 in my Wrangler, it came from a late 70's Ford 3/4 ton if that helps at all.

I have never seen or heard of that. If it even exists, it would be a light 2500. It could be related to the two different GVWR D60 listings, unless it was an export option.
