whats the differences between these such as the one thats behind my diesel vs one behind a 460 or 351? and is there anyone close to muskegon that knows how to build a stout trans for a reasonable price?

Diesel e4od's have much stronger internals, and the obvious different bell housing and torque convertor.

Fullsize4life has one for sale, that is built to the hilt..............(its still in my Flareside, but it will be pulled soon)............give him an offer.

Collin took ownership in the trailer/motor deal. I have over 3 grand in it though.

Dave if you buy it and then have someone switch out the interals to your case it would be very stout for you. It has the diesel parts in it already.

im not worried about it hitting hard or anything along those lines i just want to know if i can put it behind my diesel and have it last.. eventually once i get everything else squared away with my truck i might want to have it hit hard like when i chip it and put bigger exhaust. but right now i just need to be sure it will work for what i need.

Well this is the story,...........the Tranny was built 6 years ago, it might have 8000 miles on it, (might being the key word) The guy who built it put the 6 gear SS planetary gears and extra clutch packs, New solenoids, and a lock up torque converter. I have over 3k parts and labor into it.
It has worked great for me since the build.

However, the guy who built it, is in jail in Florida, for being a pedafile, so I no longer have contact with him. He is a piece of crap, and I hope him and Tiny are having fun.
