Default Thanks ppkaprince98 and lfjeep!

On friday at the dunes, I got a log stuck in my Jeep's gas tank going up test hill. I got the Jeep off the dunes and into the parking lot but when we hooked up the strap to pull the jeep back to the campground a sheriff pulled up and said don't do it.

So, I left it in a parking lot just outside the dunes and headed back to the campground with my dad in his Jeep. We drove around the campground looking for someone with a trailer since we don't have one and we came across ppkaprince98 at his site and I asked if he would tow us home, and he loaded up his trailer and pulled my Jeep back to my site, and would not take any money Thanks to MTY Mouse also, he helped get the Jeep on the trailer and everything. Thanks again, those u-haul trailers are pricey!

Back at the campground I still had the problem of getting it home to SE Michigan. So, I went over to Paul's Auto & Tire in Hart, owned by lfjeep on here, where he gave me a gas tank repair kit and detailed instructions for very cheap, and it worked great, does not leak at all. Thank you, and I would recommend his business to anyone!

Since everyone likes pictures, here is my broken Jeep and gas tank:

I even took the gas soaked log to the campsite to burn

It has been the law for years, they just didn't bother enforcing it. There is one guy that likes to make trouble that caused this.
It is nice to hear about people helping out when somebody is broke down. ppkaprinc98 you have earned yourself a beer, pm me the next time you are going to be at the dunes & I will pay up.

It was terrible timing, we had the Jeep on the strap behind my dads Jeep and we got to the end of the exit road, 5 feet from the real road and a sheriff rounds the corner and tells us to stop.

And yes, it is def. time for some skids.
