Default Old Tube TV......

I've got an old tube tv that belongs to the girlfriend. The color is bad on it and it needs to go bye-bye.

Where do I get rid of it in the Kazoo area? I know there is some "not so good stuff" in the TV (no-no on the land fill).

Any Ideas?

What's this supposed to mean? Is that some sort of derogatory crack about where I live?

A tube tv has toxic stuff inside so I'd prefer not to land fill it.

Paw Paw is actually a fairly nice place. It's not quite a "Utica", but I've been happy here for the last 12 years. The only incident I've had in 12 years is having a local high school kid ring all the door bells in the neighborhood at 3:00 am.

As far as leaving it on the curb......not going to happen. I live in a nice neighborhood. It will sit there for a long time.

I put mine out on the curb, and this guy came and took it.

I'll send him your way if you want.

I remember that pic.
I don't know If I want him riding his bike in front of my house.

Seriously, I know the recyclers in Detroit take old monitors and computers but it doesn't seem to be an option here in Kazoo.....

Hes from Utica, not the hills of LA, don't worry about it. That and he has a transam - talk about being able to stereotype! I think its great you are looking out to not put it in the landfill as well.
