I think the most fun I ever had on an actual trail was at Smuggler's Notch in VT. A whole bunch of us tried to go down a completely moguled glade run. Turned into a traffic jam with collisions. I think it was called Doc Dempsey.
That place must be close to smugglers run, in VT..

Because I was there two years ago..

I'm kinda like Grandman on this one. if I want to hear shooshing in the snow I will buy a four stroke touring sled. you use sticks to start fires not push yourself around

I joined the ski club in highschool, went one time.

I had no problems staying up, but could not for the life of me figure out how to stop.
I would just fall over and slide, that gets old fast.

I will have to try snowboarding. I was a pretty good skateboarder, but that was 25 yrs. ago. OUCH!

I used to ski, I also worked at Alpine for many years(it was always fun to ski everynight for free) But Steve doesn't ski, so I haven't been in a long time.

I cant wait to get out on the Ski's again. After many years of shotty skis, I Dropped a pretty penny on all new equip last year before i went to Utah. I skiied EVERY day i was there, even a few hours before i had to jump on the plane home. When i got home I could walk right for a week i was so sore. Cant wait to go back again this winter.

So whens the first annual GL4x4 ski trip?
