Bagger, I have both and it seems sweeping just moves the mess until the wind picks up. Bagger lets me drive out into the woods and dump them

Apparently Freak has the only sweeper that works, I've never seen one pick up worth a damn.

x2 on mulching, just have to cut more often.

Sweepers suck. If you use a bagger you are done after one shot. With a sweeper you have to go back over the lawn again to pick up the clippings.

Then you won't have to worry about bagging or sweeping.

mulching is the way to go.
better for the lawn, less work than bagging the shit and a fukc of a lot less work than dragging a lawn sweeper around that prolly wont work worth the shit to begin with. those things just suck.

The only time you should bag is if you have some kind of tree disease and you need to remove the leaves that fall.

I have this sweeper http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_1...4229000P?mv=rr that I use to pick up leaves in the fall, and if I'm gone for 5-6 days (I have to cut every third day) I need to sweep up the cut grass.

If you get a sweeper, make sure you get one that has gear reduction. I have about 20 pine trees down one side of my lot, and that sweeper works wonders picking up pine needles.

Gear reduction = it spins super fast even going slow, or "high speed"
