Here's the breakdown on ORV sticker requirements as explained to everyone at this years Jeep Blessing as I heard it...

(1) If you have a -

Motor vehicle that is regestered by the Secretary of State in this or any other state,

Then -

You are legal to ride on any State, county, city, State designated ORV "Route", or marked USFS service road and do not need to purchase and display an ORV sticker.
However, if you wish to drive these within any of the three state motorsport ares (Silver Lake, The Mounds, St. Helens) then you will need to purchase and display an ORV sticker.
Operating on a State designated ORV "Trail" marked for vehicles 50" in width or less or on a State designated "Motorcycle Trail" is conidered illegal.

(2) If you have a -

Vehicle over 50" in width that is not registered by the Secretary of State in this or any other state,

Then -

It is illegal to operate the vehicle on any State, county, city, or USFS service road.
You must purchase and display an ORV sticker to operate within any of the three state motorsport areas mentioned above and or on any of the State designated ORV "Route" systems.
Operating on a State designated ORV "Trail" marked for vehicles 50" in width or less or on a State designated "Motorcycle Trail" is conidered illegal.

Has anyone used the cheap $20 walmart lights before?
I was thinking of getting them just for back up (reverse) lights, and then something better for the front.
And does anyone know of a good (low priced) light to put on the front? Im not looking for the best out there but something bright.
