Default Post your Gym

Alright so I havnt seen one yet.
My gym is cheap, effective, and simple.
I don't much care for the Bowflex Type gyms myself.
I like pushing REAL free weight. It feels so much more satisfying. I sweat like I should. And I feel it like I should. I'm not rich this is all I got. But its doing me well. Just interested in seeing what else people use.

Can you really classify that as a gym? I mean it's just a weight bench in a basement. Actually it's just more of a bench, as there isn't even a rack. I also see you must be on the Mountain Dew workout supplement plan.

At least he's getting some exercise. People are so lazy, you can't even give exercise equipment away.

I know, I'm just messing around. Any exercise is better than no exercise. But that's still not a "gym".

It might not be a full on gym, but there's not much you can't work on with just a bench and free weights.

PS - Someone find me a free squat rack.

If I were king, there would be mandatory exercise and dieting if you wandered out of range. Kinda like leper colonies, but you'd be allowed to come back.

I'm picking up an east jackson, possibly michigan center vibe from this thread.
